I came back to mfp right on time! I'd like to join! I did this for 30 days straight in 2012 and lost around 12 lbs and inches. I curse her out a lot but she does get results!

I also work night shift. I actually just got home this morning and just finished working out :) My food diary is pretty much standard.Some ppl switch around their meals but to me, it's morning so I will eat my breakfast now. Sometimes I'm asleep during "lunch" but I try to get something in and then at work I eat my dinner.…

Haven't measured yet (lazy) but I have lost a total of 11.5 lbs while doing this workout. Best thing I have ever done in my life! This group, my mfp friends, and logging my food (changing how I eat) has made a tremendous difference. I will edit when I have my full stats.

Reading the reviews it seems as others have had this problem as well with that scale.

Are you making sure that you bare-footed and placing your feet properly on the metal area? I have a scale that measures body fat, water, etc and if I'm not standing on it correctly, it will have an error message.

I plan to do ripped right after I'm done with level 3. After that I'll probably alternate the two as well as doing other workouts.

Traveling pushups.....ugh, I'm not a push up girl. Those are pure torture and most time I'm laid out on the floor. Another hard one for me are the ones when you're in plank on your forearms and have to push up to be on your hands and back down. One thing I do know, my abs are so sore! I'm on day 8 and those planks kill me (plank jacks, plank something else, etc lol) as well as the last set of strength (cheer squats and military press).
