I've got 100 lbs to lose also. I'd love some friends in the same boat. Anyone here is welcome to add me! :)

Gaining fat is not necessary. With my 2nd pregnancy I was so sick all the time I ended up losing over 20 lbs. Baby was healthy at 7 lbs 13 oz. My 3rd pregnancy I was also very sick and lost 25 lbs and baby was born at 8 lbs 2 oz. (Mind you I was pretty overweight for both of these pregnancies and DEFINITELY had the extra…

Indulgent Trail mix. Pizza. Cheetos.

I don't deny myself anything. As long as I eat it in moderation and stay under goals I am okay with having some pizza or a cupcake here and there. In the past, when I was doing it all wrong, i would limit myself to only healthy foods and yes, I would crave junk like crazy. Now that I know a better way I have been far more…

I'm on a pita pizza kick right now. I take a whole wheat pita & spread a very small amount of marinara sauce on, then I add 2 oz of shredded chicken breast that I seasoned with natures seasoning, a sprinkle of cheese & then cook until the cheese is melted. Comes to around 300 calories. Of course you could play around with…

Pregnancy at first. I gained 50 lbs with my first pregnancy. Didn't know how to get it off, tried so many fad diets hoping for a quick fix. Within a week would be so miserable, hungry and discouraged that I would just quit & binge. I also put on a lot of weight when breastfeeding, it makes me insanely hungry. This past…

Honeycrisp apples with peanut butter...my favorite snack EVER but honeycrips are only in season for like 3 months in the year. No other apples compare :(

I have Just Dance 1, 2, 4 and have played the 3rd and I also have Dance Central 2 & 3. I've played all with my heart rate monitor on and the Just Dance series burns more calories (for me anyways.) I love them all though, they're all good workouts!

Agreed! I gained 50 lbs with my first pregnancy. The first trimester I was not gaining (didn't even have morning sickness to blame it on) and my nutritionist told me to start adding butter to everything and eating more junk...SERIOUSLY. I also had several people tell me I was eating for two so I should eat twice as much.…

You can add me:)

For me it was while shopping in Maurices, my favorite store ever. I was trying on clothes and realized I was in a size 24 pants...if I got any bigger I wouldn't be able to shop there any more.. another contributing factor was we moved to a new house that had a giant full size mirror (previous house did not.) I have to see…

I was 16 and my husband was 22. Still together with 3 kids. <3

Yep, definitely add 500 for breastfeeding. I'm breastfeeding my 3.5 month old and I'd be starving too on 1200something calories a day. I was told it's best to lose weight slowly while breastfeeding so I have my settings to lose 1 lb a week which also adds some more calories.

As long as you have no complications during pregnancy it's totally fine. I have a friend who is 35 weeks pregnant and still running 2 miles a day!

I've got a 5 year old, 3 year old and 3 month old. I've been a member of MFP for over a year but got pregnant with my youngest and had to stop for awhile so I'm on 'day 4' of my lifestyle change. Feel free to add me!

My husband was watching me today as I worked out and at first I did feel silly, but he told me how proud he is of me and how sexy he thought it was watching me work out and I got over it pretty quick. ;) I'm sure your boyfriend feels the same!

Did level 1 day 5 today. Each day just keeps getting easier & easier. The first day I really thought I was going to die. By the 3rd day I only had to stop to take a little break a few times. Today, no breaks and I was doing most of the moves with ease. Still having a hard time with anything that requires me to jump. My…

I had the EXACT same thing happen to me about a week after having my daughter! Even a few months after having her a woman in Walmart came up to me and said I was such a cute pregnant woman and asked when I was due. Me: "Ummm, I'm not pregnant..." She apologized but it was still devastating.. Last one I can think of is when…

Yea, I feel it in my legs & abs the most!

For me it was a number of things. 1.) Seeing myself in pictures. 2.) The fact that my husband weighed less than me (even though it was only by a few lbs and we are the same height. Still sucked.) 3.) Seeing the scale get to 262!! Right then I realized that if I kept up my eating habits/no exercise I would be 300 lbs in no…

Just finished L1D2, and it was a little easier than yesterday despite how sore I was! I only had to take 1-2 5 second breaks. Around the 8 minute mark is the hardest for me...I always feel like I'm gonna die there! LOL After its over the rest of it is a lot easier. I think my only problem is jumping jacks!

My abs are SO SORE! Starting L1D2 today, I'm kinda excited yet dreading it...haha!
