The first cycle through (63 days) - I would do long pauses during the breaks, especially in the beginning (first few weeks), but I would always finish each and every workout. Insanity is GREAT! The first few days can be rough (expect to be sore), but once you get through that you should be good! I think it is most important to just always do it, do not make excuses as to why you need to skip a day.
