  • I went to the tanning salon and got a VersaSpa spray tan and it actually looked pretty good!
  • Make a crockpot of turkey chili! It is easy, healthy, and cheap, and you can get a lot of meals out of it. Then you can even mix it up and put it on a salad for a taco-like salad, have it with eggs, all sorts of options!
  • If I don't eat protein for breakfast I am always ready for lunch by 10am! Try 1 egg, with a high fiber english muffin and half a piece of 2% cheese. I usually pair that with fruit or yogurt and a big cup of coffee and water and it tides me over much longer than cereal/oatmeal can. Then bring some pistachios to munch on…
  • One of my favorite cheap-easy meals is a chicken-salsa dish in the crockpot. I usually put a couple chicken breasts, a few cups of salsa, a can of corn and black beans (drained and rinsed). Let that cook on low all day and then mix it around to shred up the chicken. Then I like to mix a little cream cheese or sour cream in…
  • Rinse the ones you are going to be cooking and then trim off any fat. I just use my kitchen scissors then wash them well! For the rest of it, I just stick them in freezer bags individually so I can pull them back out and thaw only the one I want. There are a ton of ways to cook chicken, all depending on what you want to do…
  • I put Yoga in since you're using all those odd muscles!
  • You can do it! Get some work out videos, like zumba or 30 day shred. Or play some music and do jumping jacks and dance around with your kids! They will probably have fun dancing with mom!
  • I like to put chicken breasts, salsa, black beans, and corn in a crockpot and let them cook all day. Then I usually melt and stir in some cream cheese and shred the chicken and it is delicious. You could prob do the same with the sour cream and that would use up both of them.
  • I work 9-5 but usually go to bed around midnight. I don't drink caffiene after like 2pm or I don't sleep as well. Do you have a routine before bed?
  • I don't eat my exercise cals back. I just make sure that what I eat for the day is over what they tell me to net, and full of healthy stuff. Then after I exercise I eat something- like a cup of cottage cheese with protein, but not as much as I burn off. Its working for me. Good luck!
  • eat a little extra and exercise a little extra. food makes me happy. so do the endorphins and a good sweat from working out. when I'm grumpy I have my dessert and then ask my fiance to come on a long walk with me!
  • Muscle weighs more than fat so if you are working out and gaining muscle that could be it. But don't be discouraged- having more muscle helps your body burn more cals on its own, so eventually you will start losing even faster!
  • Just get creative! Anything you usually make with ground beef use ground turkey or chicken instead. Mix it up with fish, shrimp, chicken, ground turkey, ham. The website sparkrecipes has some great healthy recipes too!
  • I get a flavored coffee- like Hazelnut, and drink it black. Adding cream or sugar to that takes away from the taste for me. Maybe if you get a sweet type of coffee you will like it black!

  • You might want to refigure your cals with MFP.. since you have lost so much (congrats!) you might need to be in a lower daily calorie amount.

  • Eggs, Avocado, peanut butter, oil and oil based salad dressings is where most of my good fats come from!
  • Wake up early and go on a nice long jog... then let loose and enjoy the day. That run will earn you some extra calories!!
  • Don't count it as a fail.. just a learning experience! I gave in to the urge for Snickers Easter Eggs today so my dog gets the benefits of a longer walk after dinner! Just balance your food choices out with some extra cardio and you will be fine!
  • A Thomas English Muffin- Whole Grains, 1/3 daily fiber (only 100 calories) with 1 egg and a 1/2 slice of cheese. And either a banana or a 60 calorie Light and Fit yogurt. And I gotta have my coffee! A filling breakfast for ~300 calories!
