Also yo yo ing between 170 and 200. 56 yr old Grandview who wants to see my grandchildren grow up. Can't seem to stay on track. I like to eat real food and love my carbs.

Add me looks like we have the same goal. I'm 53 and slowing down. Had to say UNCLE to the high impact excercise. Started MFP 2 weeks ago. Did lose 5 lbs so far. Hoping for at least 15 more.
