  • Day 37 rest day yesterday & day 38 chest shoulders & triceps done today!! I must admit I'm finding it hard to keep the motivation but knowing I'm halfway done is making things way easier but I refuse to quit because I've already came this far and I really want to see some 90 day results.

  • Have you tried some strength training? You sounds a lot like me my weight fluctuates around the same 5lbs too but I tried the 30day shred,6 week 6pack and now I'm on phase 2 of p90x even though I'm still the same weight I dropped 2 pants sizes everything feeling sucked it now for me lol.
  • Day 33 done!!! Back & biceps my arms are on fire now!! I still can't do a pull up without the help of a chair and its frustrating I'm not sure I'm doing it right I always feel like I'm usitng the chair too much!! I was hoping by now I would be able to do one but that hasn't happened yet.
  • Day 32 done! Pylometrics I still find this one very hard my stamina is definetly getting better but it's still challenging enough where I get a good calorie burn and drenched in sweat at the end.
