I will get caught with everyone tomorrow. I’m exhausted. Slept like crap, drove 2.5 hours round trip to get my new weight set. Then put it together and walked my dogs. I also did my 80 Day Obsession stretch and release. But I’m SOOOO excited to use these!! I’m in love. 😍😍

Any program will give you good results if paired with good eating. I don’t buy anything from the but on demand. I’ve had great success with BOD and healthy eating.

Liift4 is awesome! I also think starting with just that at first is the best idea. There is cardio included in the workouts. And you can always walk if you need something in addition, but not as hard as T25. 👍🏼
