I would like to join the step challenge for October. Since I am working from home, I would like to set my goal at 7000 steps. I prefer to hike on trails at any time of year, but usually I walk around the neighbourhood on my lunch hour. Steps for Oct 2 is 6,454 Kevin

I will particapate in the step challenge starting in October. I will start my goal at 7,000 steps. I will hope to increase that as time goes on, but for now it will be 7,000.
