One day behind, but still on my way. Darn, I totally spaced it one day. Loving this.

I would love some more friends too. I'm very motivated and stay really active. Trying not really to lose weight but get focusing more on getting myself healthy. If I lose weight, that is a BONUS! You can add me if you want.

Day 1 completed. Today I just did a 7 mile run, so I am going to do Day 2 tonight. Give my legs a little rest. Thanks for keeping me motivated. :)

I'll give it a go. Need a new challenge.

You are absolutely beautiful. There are no guarantees in life. I have a son your age and would be brokenhearted if I lost him. I'm sure your husband is so very proud of you, knowing that you will be around to take care of his son.

I am currently running 3 times a week from 3-4 miles which I am loving and would hate to stop. Is this something that I could do plus keep up the running??? Running is my…

I always thought that I was not a runner. At age 50 I started running and this past spring at 52 I ran my first half-marathon. I have realized that I am a runner (by no means am I fast) and I hope to have many more years to enjoy the thrill of the run.
