To loose 30 more lbs by my birthday in May... untop of the 110lbs I've already lost thus far... have to change some things up but very doable.. Good luck to everyone!!!1

I just started on Jan. 21st and have lost 14 lbs and 11 inches.. I have noticed an increased amount of energy and I love it... I also had 1 cheat day.. Pizza hut but I only had 2 pcs of pizza.. not recommending that to any one just saying that if I had stuck to it true blue I may have lost more. Keep up the good work…

Your body is trying to tell you something. Please don't try and lose anymore weight... you actually should try and gain about 20 to 30 lbs.. just a suggestion. God Bless!

SW: 330 CW: 317.5 GW: 307.5 I currently do 3/4 workouts at the gym a week (atleast 50 min cardio & 15 - 20 strength training) walk around the neighborhood or track when I can't get to the gym. My start weight as of 1/29/12: 319 Goal this month: to lose 10 lb Fitness plan/ kind of low carb and workout 3-4 times a week!

7:30, no later than 8:00. You want too give your body time enough too digest. Your body digests food faster when your awake, slower when you're sleep.
