I'm with you - I have two daughters (one almost 5 and the other 14 months) and I had just gotten back to working out from the first for about a year when I got pregnant with the second. Now the hubs and I are trying to carve out time for the gym in a very busy schedule!

Mine is open too. Having other people as friends might remind me to keep better track. I am honest about what I eat for sure though!

I'm shooting for 135-140 but ultimately that won't happen until after my next child is born. Hoping to have one by mid next year but I'll keep up on my exercise to make those stubborn pounds easier to lose. I'm at 203 right now so I've got a ways to go but I'm working on it slowly but surly.

Those are calories you can eat (or not) in addition to your daily calorie deficit. If you don't eat those calories I imagine you would lose weight a little faster but it won't hurt you if you do eat some of them because your plan accounts for that.
