mmmhmmm... and you have no idea what its like having a 6 yr old that freaks out if something even looks slightly different than it did the last time he ate it. chicken, cheese, noodles, bananas for goodness sakes. I only recently have been making progress with him, to convince him that the grilled chicken is exactly the…

I was totally wondering this myself the other day at target looking at the chocolate peanut butter pop tarts... I still want some of those. Macros are about the same too.

I have read more info and been told more that weights first, then cardio. Until... I moved and this new gym, for some reason the fitness instructors (not the personal trainers) like to spread this info that you should do cardio first and then weights. My eyeballs rolled when I first heard it, kind of annoying, but…

Well, mainly, I would say slow and steady wins the race. Myself, I was 225 at my highest, pregnant, huge belly and my skin still is suffering. Even when I am doing planks, pushups, things like that, holding my core tight, skin still hangs down, I imagine it will not completely go back unless I get it removed. It will be…

Really interesting blog, it was a good post. I've been feeling kind of nuts lately, I know where I would love to be, but I don't know if all the sacrifices are worth it right now. Struggling with it a lot the past couple months.

Have you looked into a different gym? We have been members of YMCA for over a year now, and I love it. They also have adjustable rates, according to your income. I am not really into working out at home myself, so that's why I suggest looking into this. anywho, I workout in the morning, right after the kids wake-up, we get…

Wow! that's a long time with no answers... I'd be very concerned! You are going to a GYN/OB right? There are meds they can give you to try and start your period. Please demand answers, you don't want to mess with your organs if you want kids later!

I've been lifting/doing chest specific exercises for awhile, and it might make them stay in place, haha, but it certainly does not add any fullness. :)

I am obsessed with Trader Joes lately. I am finding I can buy pretty much everything I need there for less or same cost as whole foods (which is right in the next shopping center). Every time I go, I find something new to try. lol! A few things from my diary and beyond: cage free liquid egg whites (yes i am that lazy)…
