I'm like .5 from goal but sharing what I've done the last 5-6 weeks to lose the last 5lbs. Consistency, 1600 cals a day. I'm 5'6'', was 135.2 at beginning of November, now 130.3 as of last Saturday. :) I workout 1-1.5hrs a day, heavy lifting, and cardio.

Agreed on the consistency, and cut some of the crap out of the diet. I did this myself the past 4 weeks, since I was so tired of staying within the same 3-5lbs. I haven't decided yet. It is just going to be our family of 4, so I don't think I'm going to cook a whole bunch anyway. Probably just turkey, potatoes, a veggie, rolls and dessert. I just don't want to have leftovers besides turkey. I think that is where I go wrong. lol. Just one day and done, I need to keep in mind.

Yes, I think most people find the last 10-20 lbs to come off much slower, which it should, at a rate of .5-1lb a week. That's roughly what I've experienced, my loss is also much less linear now. I love it, I buy the silk unsweetened vanilla. I mainly use it for protein shakes, and baking, cereal when I eat it.

$84 for the YMCA. Its a huge complex, 2 pools, outdoor pool and splash pad, many free classes (though if you want a smaller yoga class or trx or bootcamp that is extra). Also free childcare for 2 hours a day, which is mainly why we always join a YMCA.

Make an appointment with your GYN. I've been having similar issues, I've only had a few periods this year, and I'm not even underweight. I have an appointment in a few weeks, but yeah, just call and get seen. :)

I workout after breakfast, so usually egg whites and cereal or Ezekiel toast w/ jam or oatmeal. sometimes also have some strawberries or a banana if I feel low on energy.

Love cookie dough! Cinnamon roll is pretty tasty too. The peanut butter varieties were good as well. vanilla almond crunch was okay. Liked banana nut too. I nuke all mine for 10-15 seconds.

Get a pair of 5lb dumbells and use them during the exercises that hurt your wrists. This works wonders, I didn't believe it until a fitness instructor (who was also a physical therapist) told me to do this during class one day.
