Some do, some don't. Some are blessed with dense chest tissue that doesn't go anywhere, others are not. lol. I was a 38D, now I am a 34C. which is almost a B I believe. Before I even gained any weight I was a 36B. so guess i'm back to my natural shape. Bra sizes are really so confusing anyway. I wouldn't worry about it. It…

1. Clothes!! 2. A nice tropical vacation/cruise, hopefully in time for Feb. 2014, our 5yr wedding anniversary. we never had a real honeymoon. 3. Boobs!! Not going to do this until I have maintained for 12 months and we decide on a 3rd baby or not.

I am also planning on starting NROLFW at the 1st of the year. I really don't have too much knowledge about all the equipment, so I also hope to hire a personal trainer for a few sessions to get myself acquainted with the stuff and make sure I'm doing it with the right form as well. Can't wait to start! I'm a bit worried…

dark chocolate bars. I stick to 60-70% ones, it varies on different brands. I tried 80% and didn't taste chocolate-y to me at all. I like newman's own, endangered species, and xoxoxo.

My scale is driving me nuts. I have a bad habit of weighing every morning. I think its time to put it away for awhile... scale timeout.
-
I'm super annoyed with my body and scale right now. sw: 149 week 2: not sure really, saturday I was 146 and monday 148. I'm so tired of this 3lb yo-yo. GRRRRRRRR

HW: 225 (on the day my 1st son was born) otherwise, like 190lbs. LW: 125lbs (at 17, after I had been in the hospital for a week and lost 15lbs, stayed at that weight for several months, then gained back, and then some. blah.) CW: 146 GW: 130-135
-
5'6'' Fluctuating currently, but about 146lbs. I haven't taken measurements lately, but last was: bust: 34" waist: 31" hips: 39.5" I want to lose 3" from my waist and hips. I currently wear a size 8. I carry most of my weight on low belly/hips. which was not the case before kids! lol. dangit.

Great results!!! Looks like a lot more than 10lbs. Keep going!
-
WOW!! You look fantastic!! Awesome job.

Not too happy, I've fallen a bit off track lately. I could use some new friends too, that are focused on this nye goal. SW:149 GW:143

This weekend was not pretty. ugh. I'm scared to see my number. but I think I may put away my scale until the end of the year. don't know if that is wise though.

Hello, this is great, really need to stay on track and not go crazy during the holidays. My name is Kim, I currently live in Louisville, KY, but I am from KS. I would like to lose at least 3-4lbs. My weight loss seems to happen in chunks, which averages to about .5lb a week. I would love to try and kick it and reach my GW…
-
Realistically, I think 3-4lbs is doable, which would put me at 142-143. I would love to reach my goal of 140 though. Be awesome.

I'm a SAHM to a 5 and almost 3 year old. I've been sahm for almost 4 years now. It was a rough adjustment at first, went from being in school and working, to not doing either of those. I am grateful that we are financially sound enough to afford it. Sometimes I envy my husband just because he gets to go out and be alone or…

I couldn't really tell a difference by myself in the mirror until about 15-20lbs. Taking pics and measurements are other great ways to measure progress. Keep it up, it hasn't been that long. Most of the initial loss is usually a lot of water weight for most people, I know mine was, think I lost like 5lbs just from changing…

Yes, usually about half, sometimes more if I'm especially hungry that day. Works fine for me. I feel like i've been a pig this last week or so, and I've finally started to lose again, so obviously my body needed some extra fuel. I'm actually trying to eat more, and be more consistent.
-
You look amazing!! And so much younger! wow! Awesome job!!!
-
I'm 147lbs, 5'6'' and a size 8 in all brands that I usually buy/like. 8's started fitting a few #'s ago. I hope to be a 6 or less by spring/summer. 4 is my dream size, but not sure if my hips would allow that. lol
-
You need to eat more!! That is way too low, and not sustainable. You could also use some more proteins and healthy fats.
-
not as many as I have in years past!! lol that counts, right?
-
Decreasing your calories could be very dangerous. I would not do that. If you really feel the need to 'tone' up, use the weight machines at the gym, or start doing some basic bodyweight exercises. I'm baffled though, I used to dance, and was in the best shape of my life during that time. So, I'm sure you are just perfect.…

I started at a 14/16, and now am a size 8. For the average person, i'd say yes, 10lbs a size, give or take. I've heard 20, but that's obviously not my case. It really depends how you go about losing too. I'm sure that if I just only did straight cardio, and no strength training, I would not be an 8.
-
Great results! You look awesome!

This is interesting, I was wondering this myself the other day when I noticed the same thing on some other foods I was attempting to enter. lol. I was puzzled. Will have to read more later.
-
guess it depends where ya'll are measuring, but my natural waist is currently about 31", I'd like to get down to 28". I am 5'6". overall, 3" more from each my waist and hips, i'd be ecstatic.

Yes, I try my best to buy products that are non-gmo now. I'm still reading and researching all things ingredient related, and most of it is really scary!
