  • There's another group doing the 30 Day Beginners Shred. I'm sure with it being the same idea just different exercises you could jump in with them.
  • I started the regular Shred many years ago until I broke my ankle. I'm ready to get back into a shape that isn't round. I'm going to do afternoon workouts when I get off. The hardest part for me is going to be and always is the food and calorie counting. I'm hoping I can stick with it this time!
