Hi there. I think people use the phrase "emotional eater" so lightly in society that we don't really think about it until we see it as a real problem. I hope you and i find the support here to overcome some of that struggle.

Yeah, I hate exercising, too! I'm getting on my brand new recumbent bike regularly but I hate every minute of it. I literally sit there watching the clock, waiting for my magic number (17 minutes) to come up and I practically jump off the thing! Haha.

I hear you - and, have you noticed that they just don't make too many cute exercise clothes for big girls? I guess if I'm in my living room, it wouldn't be so bad but even I don't wanna see all this jiggling around!
