If you are not willing to get up earlier, make your breakfast the night before. I love mine. I have only had it for about 3 weeks so I am sure some of the novelty will wear-off, but I think it is a great motivator to push me to incorporate more activity into my day and to think of movement more broadly than just periods of exercise. I definitely more active since I got it.
