Can you walk indoors? I can't always go outdoors by myself so I tend to stick on a TV show and a fan, then take circuits around my living room. It doesn't get your HR up as much as outdoors but gets your steps up and burns some calories :) (it still comes up on my fitbit that I'm exercising too).
