Right, so far I have lost 24lbs to put me at an even 200. I'm 5ft6 so looking to be between 160 and 170 to still be quite curvy. I was wondering when it the best time to start toning? Hey all, I've recently hurt my back - my doctor says my back is like a small child and it will occasionally throw tantrums leaving me in pain. Great! Anyone have any tips on back strengthening moves?
