I've tried it twice and everytime I get to day 3 I feel sick for hours afterwards. Stops me eating because I'm going to be sick. I've been avoiding it ever since. I prefer to slightly lower intensity work outs over longer periods.

I only started measurements last Wednesday and took them again this week - I'd lost inches! I plan to keep it up weekly as the scale doesn't seem to agree with me.

UK Aldi has exceptional meat - all from local farms. It's also a lot cheaper than other supermarkets here as a lot of the 'brands' they sell are the same as the actual brands. For instance McVities choc digestives are EXACTLY the same. They just rebrand them in order to sell them cheaper. Not that I can eat choccie…

I'm 5ft6 at 204 this now and aiming for around 150-160. Really I'm aiming for a curvy size 12 so whatever that equates to! So around 24lbs gone and 44lbs to go!
