I switched from Tennis to pickleball due to running limitations due to knee problem. An easy transition from tennis to pickleball. Sometimes tend to over do it because it is lots of fun, and exercise, and can't resist the "one more game" request.

I have read and reread the calorie adjustment from the vivofit as it appears in MFP, and it is still very confusing. Hopefully someone has an answer.

I add pecans, slivered almonds, english walnuts, and half a peach, then top it with vanilla Almond Milk.
