Weekends do me in too! I've been enjoying myself a little too much. I've been working very hard during the week to burn "extra calories" to compensate for going over on the weekends...so far its worked. I've managed to lose 3lbs in the last 2 weeks. Good luck

I had symptoms like yours and my level ended up being 7. It took me about 3 weeks to notice the difference and stop having headaches. Elliptical....I can move much faster on the Elliptical(and burn A LOT MORE calories per min), when I try to move faster on the treadmill I tend to lose my balance.

This is so true! At my heaviest I made excuses to not have sex and blamed my husband! Also I never had the energy because I was so out of shape! I'm not saying you've done this, but giving you another point of view. I hope this motivates you to talk to him and work it out...both of you.

I'm not sure this is light...but I like to get the good flavored vodka (like any of the pinnacle whipped yum!) and mix them with diet 7up. Only 69 calories per shot. :0) I can't wait to hear other ideas...
