I was having trouble with my knees at first and I started taking glucosamine with chondroitin. My husband who has bad knees swears by it, and my dog that also has hip displasia and arthritis also takes it she does great too. I takes about 4 weeks to kick in fully. Not sure if it will help you or not

These are my most favorite thing. I usually log a couple of cups worth in the morning before I even eat them, so I can grab a few when I want to munch!

I am 222 lbs, and just did week 6 day 1 last night. I think anyone can do it. One thing that I read that sticks with me is "If you think you are going slow, go slower" That has kept me going. I will pick up speed when I loose weight.:happy:

I keep frozen grapes in the freezer at all times to help with my sweet cravings. As for keeping sugar packed foods for the kids, my 4 kids are happy with having just fruit and jam in the house. I do make them cookies sometimes, but only about a dozen at a time, and if I can get past the cookie dough part I am okay. lol

I drink lots of water (and too much coffee) But I gave myself a set schedule of break times. Just as if I had a job. I try my best to stick to it, and it seems to help

LOL, I do keep running when a car is coming too!! But I am very rural, and I am out when most people are headed to work so I do know most of them! (I keep running for sure then)
