I'm a 11/12 sometimes a 13/14. Honestly I want to just be heathly and secure in my own skin. I thinking anywhere from a 5/6 or 7/8. Fingers and toes crossed.

I know how you feel that's exactly how I felt my first week. I lost 2 pounds as well. Way to go keep it up! It's almost a month for me. I didn't lose as many pounds as I would have liked to but I lost inches.

Thank you for the motivation. I feel discouraged sometimes especially because I'm just starting out. I'm fustrated because I don't see the scale go down enough. I think I will invest in a scale to measure my food.

Thank you that's a great ideal. Most nights I don't have time to cook so cooking on the weekend would work best for me. I will definitely try to add different exercises to my routine. I know everything takes time so I'm not going to get discouraged.

Yes I am eating more calories now. It's hard for me to eat 1200 a day I think that's why I'm eating things that make me go over on sodium and fat because I'm not able to meet my calories

I agree with you! The key is to find something that you will enjoy. I hate the treadmill because it boring to me however I go to Zumba class two times a week and Step Aerobic class two times a week and I love it. Keep looking you'll find something you enjoy!

I'm 5'2 my goal is 150 for now but my ultimate goal is 130. Hopefully with hard work and determination I see it!
