I have all my bibs on the front of my fridge for motivation and to remind myself how far I have come. I just wish I would have written the race and the time on all of them! Pinterest has some great ideas for what to do with race bibs and finishing medals.

Brush your teeth. Count down from your current weight to your goal weight. Eat one. Track it, log it then go for a walk. That is what I try to do.
