You can't tighten the skin. You will need to have it removed. One thing that i found keeps my "belly fat" in check is watching carbs. For me lots of carbs=lots of belly

I had to adjust my calories because 1200 just wasn't enough. I was constantly hungry and tired. I would exercise and eat back the cals and that didn't help either so I had to make a change. I now allow 1400 cals and it seems to be working. If I am hungry after a workout i eat the cals back if not then I don't. I have lost…

I have trouble there too! Let's be friends and motivate and support each other. I will be 40 in August and I am getting married exactly 1 month from tomorrow! I want to lose the weight to be able to be around for a long time for my wonderful fiance and my two wonderful children! Maybe together we can do this!!!!!

Do what you fel comfortable with. What works for some may not work for others. I see some that keep around 1200 and lose, I see some that eat under 1200 and lose, and I see some that eat more than 1200 and lose. Everyone is different. I gained 10 pounds in a month without doing anything different. I went to the doc and sure enough...hypothyroid. I am on meds but it is still more difficult for me to lose. Don't get frustrated...just keep doing what you are doing. And have doc check thyroid and insulin resistance.... To open diary go to food then settings…

I agree! If you are looking at strictly weight loss then calories is what matters. I personally watch sodium too. I tend to hold on to water and the sodium doesn't help!
