I say def do the AMRAP, I did them both in one day which I could tell a I had a little fatigue toward the end, but could def see the gains, some were quite funny....like lifting air! :laugh:

AMRAP = As Many Reps (or Rounds in CF world) As Possible....it's the last 2 optional workouts of S1 where you go back to your starting weight for each lift and do AMRAP to see how far you've come! :happy:

I really don't know the "science" behind it, if there is one....but I would guess that fairly flat shoes help you maintain better/true form. Alot of your running/gym shoes have cushy insoles, bigger soles with the treads, and those insoles "give" a littleetc.....and can cause your feet/toes to be pointing downward or at…

I have never done it myself, but have put both my kids in it at a young age........I swear by it for children, as far as instilling confidence, leadership, discipline, focus, grit, agility, self-defense......and really so much more. My father-in-law just, who just turned 70, got a the same advice from his doctor recently, said his hemoglobin was up to 6.3 and is potential pre-diabetic.......He is a HOT MESS! We've been telling him for months that his eating habits are CRAP, but he won't listen to anything! :grumble:
