  • Hello Super Mom! I know how you feel! I, too, have 4 kids. I just had my last one 8 weeks ago. I began weight training 2x a week and cardio 6 x a week for an hour til I am dripping with sweat. I have done this for 2 weeks as well as watch very closely what I am eating/calories, etc. Guess what ...haven't lost a pound yet!…
