I have just dance 3. It is a workout. We had a birthday party for a friend and we played just dance and dance central. My truck driver husband who is in super shape (probably 7%or less body fat) was sore the next day. That tells me it works. Lots of fun.

I did too. I've got dance central and just dance 3. These games have a workout mode. I think this is a great way to get exercise in. It's fun and ur up moving instead of sitting and watching tv. I end up playing at least an hour a day. I can really tell its workings arms. What games r u playing?
