I'm 42. I feel like I look younger than I am. I know I act like I'm younger. I see friends from school and think what happened to you..lol.

I understand you. I would always lose 20 lbs and then stop what I was doing. Don't know why? I was able to lose 80 lbs over 2 yrs and now I have gained 30 of it back. I feel terrible. Losing is possible we just need to keep at it and realize its a lifetime change. Add me and we can motivate each other.

I got my first and only tattoo for now last summer. It's on my left hip and it says 2HOT2HANDLE. The O and the A are red lips. The only meaning is to remind my husband to stay up on his game! Lol. I've been thinking of getting one on the inside of my left ankle of hearts. No meaning just like hearts and think its pretty.

Love it and love a tan man! Like with anything else u have to do it in moderation and smart. This year I have done 3 weeks in the tanning bed (with one or two weeks in between), I get natural sun at least 3x a week for about an hour a day. I have a very nice golden brown tan. My ah-ha moment was valentine's day 2012. I had a friend take some "sexy" pics of me for my husband who was out on the road. Looking thru them made me realize I do not look the way I think I look. Started to be serious about losing and joined MFP. Best thing ever. Still look at those photos to keep me motivated.

The dark gloomy weather makes me depressed and wanna eat and sleep all day. Or go out and shop and spend all my husband's money. I know it's not the best thing in the world to do but it's better than eating, I started going to a tanning salon. I call it therapy.
