Look up the cals on what you would normally eat there and then decide what would be best for you to do! I think once you see that a plate you would normally get is an entire days calorie allotment you will decide to just bring your portion down to something that will be more reasonable for the day. O I think about food now more than I did before! I think that's what makes this whole thing work! You are actually thinking about it and not just doing it! This is a lifestyle and before was just like a sickness maybe, or a slave and master kinda thing!

Try some video's like Zumba or Belly Dancing or there are even Walking videos. You don't have to go out and you can have fun dancing!
