I would definitely stress the quick part and maybe add in natural as your unique handle on it. I have that popular one with tons of yummy recipes in it but most use the oven and fake sugar syrups.

I hear ya. Before MFP, I was eating about 5% protein a day. I've discovered protein powders and its been much easier. My favorite is max muscle vanilla with various berries and milk smoothie. That's an awful lot of calories burned per workout. I remember reading Michael Phelps burns 1000 calories an hour in his workouts. I think the only way you are going to get there is by doing ANY exercise for a long time each day. Double maybe triple class sessions? running 2-3 hours a day? Are you prepared to keep that up?…

whoa, scale with handles said 32%, bod pod said 21%, calipers say 18% and that formula says I'm 6.2% BF. I choose, hmm... calipers or bodpod.

I've had the scale where you grab the handles and the bod pod. Woman who ran the scale referred me to bod pod bc she said scale often inaccurate. Seems to me, you can grab anything u want with calipers.

I thought P90x2 was a lot easier than p90x. My hubby loves insanity but I found it too hard on my back. If u are in good enough shape to enjoy insanity, I think you'll be more inspired by p90x.

My two favorites lately- Add a scoop of Hershey dark chocolate cocoa powder in chocolate protein powder shake with a dash of coconut extract and chocolate coconut almond granola. I use chocolate protein powder which helps keep cravings down. best recipe lately is from "I see fit people" site.

I found raising my protein to 35% helped me lose weight and stop cravings. go into your settings and goals and change it manually. I'm at 45% carbs, 20% fat and 35% protein. Most days, I cant make my protein goal without having a protein powder shake.

I've been using it in place of bread crumbs for Turkey Meatballs and Turkey Meatloaf. Also, in place of rice in stuffed peppers. Really gets your protein up for the day! -I think my hubby getting sick of it ;)

all I will add is a phrase that gets me through the downer days- "if it were easy, everyone would do it". think of it like a battle. Its a lifestyle change that will take time.

I kicked the habit thanks to Sonic Ice. LOL. sounds odd but no other drink was cold enough. I found that the small ice cubes in that styrofoan cup makes for evenly distributed really cold water. I'm pretty much clean EXCEPT for bread and pizza when I'm out. haha. I do well at home with Ezekiel bread. It is a Godsend. It is satisfying yet so filling. It takes a little getting used to but once you taste white bread again, it tastes like cake. (In frozen organic section if you havent heard of it)

Do you like chili? you can hide all sorts of veggies in turkey chili rather than eat salad. we make a pot on the weekends which is great for lunches or snacking on all week.

OMG. thanks for posting the same weight side by side. That's awesome. I have lost 0 lbs in 3 months but have so much more definition due to daily workouts and increasing weight and protein %. Your pics prove its not for nothing!
