  • I just try to think about how much harder it will be for me to fight the cravings the rest of the day if I eat high fructose corn syrup or other sugary goodness. those things cause the cravings and set me up for wanting more and more!
  • My fuelband died so I got a fitbit. I didn't like it as much bc it doesn't show the time. I also became frustrated because it would record off the charts if I vacuumed or mopped but barely registered if I did an hour long difficult class. I bought a new fuelband.
  • night before: measure out 1/3 rolled oats and scoop protein powder in coffee cup. place under keurig. in morning: grab handful of blueberries or raisins. add lowest setting keurig water to oatmeal. eat in car.

  • Good question. when I make a recipe, I take a picture of the Cals,carbs, fats page and text my hubby. He then puts it in his My Foods rather than go through whole process himself.

  • I hear ya! Shakeology costs so much because of all the coaches the product supports! I've found cheapest proteins cause most gas (maybe TMI). I think best taste but but half price of shakeology is Max Muscle High Five and Sun Warrior from Vitamin Shoppe.

  • Are you eating enough? Are you eating high sodium, processed foods? You could be retaining water. If you truly need a quick drop to inspire you, perhaps try phase 1 of south beach for a week and then let in healthy carbs. I dont think its good long term but helps to boost your spirits if youre scale watching
