Anyone know of some exercises i can do at home (i don't belong to a gym) to help shape my chest? I know pushups, and flyes help, but are there any other methods? The equipment i use are: dumbells, a barbell, some plates, and a Swiss Ball. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like reducing overall body fat will help with that. What kind of cardio are you doing? My hubby did both P90X and Insanity. He saw results with both but Insanity truly was insane sculpting results.

I walk anywhere from 3.5- 4mph on the treadmill (with an incline). That's pretty much every day though, but i do take martial arts, and i do break a sweat when i'm at class, so that's not an issue either. I just have to continue with my eating habits, but maybe kick it up a notch in the cardio dept, and add chest exercises to my workout routine.
  • Chest presses, pushups, pullups (if you have the equipment). :)

Pushups are one of the best exercises for this. Try them inclined as well. Get a stepping stool, and put your feet up on the stool and do them inclined. Try them alternating - one hand higher on step and the other normal. Shake up the exercises. Also doing dumbell fly's on a stability ball really open up your pecs and allow them to stress.

You can also try wall press - lean into a wall (steep incline) and do your pushups. It takes a lot more of them, because you obviously don't have enough weight as you would with normal pushups. But they mimic the same as an incline press.
