Hard boiled eggs are the best. An egg white only has about 17 calories and is packed with protein. You can boil a whole bunch at a time and have them easily on hand. I started the weekend badly yesterday too. Fridays are my "off" day from the gym. For some reason, the days that I don't exercise are harder to not eat too much than the days I do. So not only did I eat too much, I did not exercise either. I will put tomorrow behind and do as well as I can today. GO WAG-ers!!!!!!!!

My husband bought me a box of Godiva truffles. I am going to have ONE. But then we are taking the kids out to Sweet Frog as part of their Valentines and I am sure that I will end up finishing something.

I just read a lot of the NSGs and they are awesome! I want to do a half ironman this August and that just might be crazy.
