I would stay within the 1200 calorie range losing weight is not a race to see who gets there first it's a life style change. Being healthy and maintaining your weight loss is the ultimate goal. 700 calories is way to low you will lose a lot of muscle mass. :happy: results!!

Losing that amount of weight in such a short period of time is not commended. Clean eating and exercise will start your journey to your goal. Circuit training and strength training is great start. If you have not exercise in sometime it will take you a while to get adjusted. Lots of luck on your journey.

Education would be my first choice. You can get some friends together and workout a fitness plan with them. You have a whole platform of people on MFP to help you as well. A gym membership and personal training is not necessary. Most people can't afford trainers and gyms and have excellent results. It all about you and how…

If you have a freezer buy frozen or can vegetables, cans of tuna, fruit, salad mix, can bean, low at waffles w cream cream cheese. Buy generic brand foods tend to be lower in price. Hope yo can stay with the fight in spite of your deficits.

I like Les Mills Combat DVD's I find them very challenging and I can keep up with them. Don't be fouled the workouts are very hard and the trainers go extremely hard. Happy results!!!
