  • my favorite is steamed fresh veggies, with prawns and seasoning (cracked pepper, oragano, etc) then put some calorie wise Italian dressing on it. SOO tasty, filling and crazy low calorie... that it should be horrible for you ... but somehow is extra good for you :)
  • if i exercise but eat perogies for dinner everynight, i wont lose the weight i worked off by just eating those calories back in poor quality foods. but if i do the same exercise and have a large serving of veggies and water with something else tasty (like 2-3 perogies instead of 10) I drop weight like crazy... not to be…

  • Habit is habit and not to be flung out of the window by any man, but coaxed downstairs a step at a time. Instead of giving myself reasons why I can't, I give myself reasons why I can. Not to have control over the senses is like sailing in a rudderless ship, bound to break to pieces on coming in contact with the very first…
  • sugars are necessary, and foods that contain carbs naturally (potatoes) are jam packed full of nutrients... I would say cut out processed sugars. but that's just me.
  • i weigh myself daily, and it makes me more aware of what a difference just ONE day can really make...
