Hey! I just got back on track too! Hit a massive plateau for months and I just needed a break. Now I am back in uni for my Masters and I have to be super careful! Congratulations on your loss and getting back on track :) http://doughnutsnomore.tumblr.com/

It sounds contradicting but I went through that just before summer and I just stopped for two months, ate whatever I wanted 70% of the time whilst reducing my exercise a little bit. I gained 3kg that I lost within a week and a half of getting back on track. By reducing my exercise I mean instead of exercising 4-5 times a…

Secret Eaters and supersize vs superskinny are all time favourites. The first is about nutrition and how we are in denial about what we eat and how much we eat and the second is about putting extreme diets together (comparing an overweight person's diet to a unhealthily skinny one's). You learn a lot about nutrition from…

I think you have to find what's right for you through trial and fail. It has to be something healthy and maintainable so it becomes a habit rather than a quick solution :) You can add me if you like, I had a bit of time off and now I am back on track! Making a tumblr blog helped me a lot as I found tons of stuff about…

I had been exercising for two years before I finally got my Polar FT4 two weeks ago. I actually run longer with it and it's way easier to motivate myself to go for a run cause I physically see the calories on my wrist which is a big motivation (although I do enjoy running calories aside). Seeing your heart rate also helps…

It's a healthier option for people who are watching their consumption of fat. A 3 ounce serving of boneless, skinless turkey breast contains 90 calories with 10 calories from fat. When the same serving of chicken 165 calories with 35 calories from fat.
-
this is amazing, you look stunning!

Turkey is wayyyyy cheaper than chicken and also healthier. I buy frozen broccoli & cauliflower florets and have them with a turkey breast steak. 2lbs of frozen vegetables are about the same price as 150g of fresh in England. If I am really skint, I some times have porridge for lunch with frozen berries (I cook 200ml almond…

Eating cake once in a blue moon wont make you gain weight or ruin your 'clean diet'. Your coworkers may be rude but talking like this about food isn't healthy either. If I want cake I eat cake. Big deal.

Just Graduated! I did Architecture and about to do my Masters :)

Try chilled water with mint and lime or lemon. Or you can make ice cubes with anything you like like berries, cucumber, herbs etc. http://www.brit.co/ice-ice-baby-5-creative-takes-on-the-ice-cube/

Whenever I wear tight tops or dresses my ribs show a lot. I still got another 16 pounds to go, it's just my body being weird. I have no fat on my ribs but a little on the back of my ribcage. Makes no sense haha

After trying the 18/6 IF I can tell you for a fact that it worked for the days I tried it because it was more convenient. I didn't have to worry too much about my meals because I had all of my daily calories in 2 meals an it was more enjoyable. I also find that I get more hungry during the day if I have breakfast early on.…

This is also part of my thinking. It's either you will have 1-2 meals and work extra hard the next few days or you spread it out into little treats if you're not planning to go out. If you make eating healthy a habit then eating the 'cheat foods' won't affect you enough no to go back on track.
-
I usually have 1-2 cheat meals a week max. They don't affect my weight loss and I think they are vital as you need to eat the 'bad food' occasionally to keep yourself from craving/binging. I love going out for food or having a few drinks or ice cream and I've found that this way I'm a lot happier. I used to eat clean 24/7…

I've done this about 5 times. It's quite a workout! First time I did it I was only doing yoga and a run or two a week so I wasn't at my best shape. I did it really at 12am after a long day, needless to say I wasn't able to do more than half. Second time I did it with my boyfriend and although he runs and plays in the…
