I have PCOS and I was struggling with my symptoms until I started exercising regularly (about 5 times a week) and eating mostly Paleo with less than 90g of carbs/day. I found that was the most sustainable way of losing and maintaining weight for me. I have lost 5kg in less than two months doing this as it turns out I have…

Crossfit workouts do exactly that. You can find new ones everyday or search older ones here: https://www.crossfit.com/workout/

Hey there! I have PCOS too and do crossfit. I love my body ever since I started and I think I look really toned and more lean than when I only used to do cardio. To look like a body builder you will have to lift really heavy weights and take a lot of supplements such as creatine etc... possibly steroids too lol.

I used to be on a combined pill that made me depressed and I gained two stone in less than 3 months. Now I am not blaming the pill for making me fat. But it did make me very depressed and that probably made me overeat. I had no sense of control or knowledge on nutrition. I stopped the pill and lost weight by eating healthy…

Carbs and water

It takes a little while for your body to adjust. Just make sure you don't cut out on good fats from your diet. It happens to a lot of people when they reduce their carb intake, they either have diarrhoea or constipation until they are used to their new diet.

You just have to experiment a lot until you find what works for you. For instance, I found that chopping cashews and almonds, sprinkling some cinnamon and having that with almond milk is what I have to have when I crave cereal. I have basically found way to stop specific carb-filled cravings! :) Best of luck to you!

I am currently on a holiday so I am eating carbs but I normally aim for under 60g per day. I know it's not Keto but I am trying to slowly get there. :) I also have PCOS and I agree with you it's the only way to do it! So far I have lost 30lbs and I have another 10-15lbs to go. Feel free to add me and best of luck with your…

Food spoils within several days once opened and exposed to oxygen. It causes oxidation as well as encourages the growth of microorganisms. You can have something last for days after the expiry date IF it hasn't been opened. It can spoil once opened even before the expiry date comes. This is why they have to have a label.…

I love your meals! I have to try faux pasta but I haven't bought the tool yet. Where can I get one from?

I used to fast until 6-7pm every day and then moved to fasting until lunch because I had no appetite for breakfast or the time for it. I started having breakfast 2 months ago and I am not looking back! I am way more energetic now during the day, my workouts are better and I have managed to get out of my plateau without…

I was diagnosed with PCOS too and have managed to lose 30lbs so far. 10lbs more to go to reach my goal weight. You just have to be extra strict with what you eat. No room for slacking unfortunately. Best of luck and feel free to add me :)

The Cabbage Diet. It was all fine and dandy until the last day or so where I had to eat 8 bananas and 4 pints of milk. Turns out I am lactose intolerant and that was the day I found out.

This will change your life :) http://undressedskeleton.tumblr.com/post/43158050000 Don't let mean people get to you. My only objection to McDonald's is that if you make your own version it will speed up your progress and you will spend less money on breakfast :p

I know right? And don't get me wrong, I love ice cream. But I have had the same tub of salted peanuts and caramel ice cream (which is my favourite) for over two months now in my freezer and I haven't touched it. If I try and get cereal in the house the box won't last a day haha.

I'm mostly vegetarian because I don't like meat. I only eat turkey or chicken and that's if I am cooking for my boyfriend who is a carnivore lol. I love fish but again not everyday so I am not too fussed.

Cereal is my worst enemy. That's why I never buy it. But bran flakes are yummy and healthy so If I have them I have a bowl and put the box back in the cupboard. I had days I would eat a whole box of cereal to the point I would feel sick. It's my worst binge-trigger and I am being totally serious. I find it easier to stop…
