At least get a serving of fruit or vegetable instead of just empty calorie even if you have to go over by some. I tend to go to vegetables if I want a snack and have no calories. I have the opposite problem, I have lost 47 pounds and gone from a size 20 to a size 14 on the bottom. But the "girls" are still dominating! Would like to lose more on top.
