I don't have too much of an issue with high fiber. I drink tea and eat about 600% of my vitatmin C requirements (ie tomatoes) - both of which help things run smoothly.

It really depends on what activities you are doing, what foods you are eating, your height, weight, age, BMR, if you are trying to lose/gain/maintain.... ANY fruit you eat is full of sugar. Watermelon is mostly water, yes - water-filled fruits are greats for the munchies. Cucumber may be a lower-sugar alternative. However, you should try and get the most out of your fruit by opting for those with a little more fiber, ie apples.
