  • Nope those words would definitely never come out of my mouth! Why don't they make a flavor packet for water that tastes exactly like chocolate without the calories or fat of chocolate. Sounds kinda of nasty but I wouldn't care as long as I could take a drink, close my eyes, and pretend it was a Twix or KitKat :smile:

  • Personally I hate to drink water. I just don't like the way it tastes. In the last 2 days I think I have drank maybe 1 16 oz. bottle of water and that's it. I'm going to try the flavor packets (Crystal Light, Hawaiian Punch, etc,) starting tomorrow. They taste pretty good and don't cost much. As for motivation, drinking…

  • I am 5'2 and MFP says that my lowest healthy weight should be 104. If I got down to 104 I would look like a scarecrow! I want to lose weight to be healthier and look healthier. Not to go from looking fat to looking sick. Lol. Some people might be able to pull off the 100 pound look but I am soo not one of them :laugh:
