Yes but that's per tablespoon. Honestly on an average PB&J I realistically only use about a teaspoon.

Epson salt bath. You can even buy scented, like lavender. I get mine from Dollar Tree cause its a buck for a bag that is enough for one bath.

Amen! Everybody is different and I guess trial and error is best. But, all the different information makes your head spin...and probably why it's takes us so darn long to lose weight.

Ahhh batwings! I've got them..but yes, they can tone up with the right exercises. As for the cellulite, I'd like to know too cause even though dimples are cute on the face, they aren't so much on the thighs.

I have a scar on my knee from falling down the stairs....that's all I got. lol. I'm putting vitamin E oil on mine to lighten it up though.

For the circles under the eyes..WATER, WATER, WATER! That can be a sign that your dehydrated. Also, excess dietary salt and smoking are common causes.

I took a peek at your diary. A couple ways you could help the hunger is spread out what you eat throughout the day, rather than 3 large meals. Also, you are only getting half of your recommended protein and protein can make you feel full longer and help with hunger pangs. As for the weight loss..I really don't know why…
