No, the weight will NOT go back on. Not overnight. You are aware, you are in the game, you will not quit! A pound or two up does not equal a 2 stones loss! A plateau means a break, not going downhill. So be proud of your accomplishment and stick to your commitment. If you want a bar of chocolate, have one. Just one. If…

Breastfeeding is consuming calories, you know that? Eating healthy is important, because what you eat goes in your milk. It's actually recommended not to lose weight, because then the milk is produced from your fat supplies, which are not the healthiest stuff . Or at least not to diet. Focus on eating properly…

I hardly recognized you! Lovely waist and overall, great figure! Just beautiful. Also, I love the way you dress! Keep up the good work - keeping it off is just as challenging, but if you could do all of this in 1 year, then you can succeed at maintaining as well. :flowerforyou:

Just for once, I'll have a bit of understanding for the fact that upon returning home later than 8 I had dinner... when it was ready. After all, I didn't binge, I didn't stuff my face and didn't have fats or sweets. Me: 14* - LNS: 10
