  • Is this Core Fit plan available on CD? I am 5'4" also and started at 150lb and am down to 145lb in just over 3 weeks. I am pleased with the results but I want to add some strength training to my exercising. You look awesome. I would like to get to a firm 130lbs.
  • What are you doing that you lost 7 lbs in 1 week????. I have been maintaining my 1200 calories a day and have been exercising 60 - 90 minutes a day and have only missed 1 day exercising and have only had 2 spiked calorie days in the last 3 weeks and have only lost 3 lbs. I need a week like you had to get me more pumped up.
  • How much sodium should I have at 1200 calories a day? I have been really tracking my food and exercising every day (but 1 ) in the last 16 days and have not lost anything.
