I am on the second day of level 2 and I hope I get the same results. The parts I have trouble with are the squat thrusts and the other leg exercise that is in the plank position. Last night was Level 2 Day 1, and oh boy was that tough. I did Level one 10 days in 13 days. I did notice a difference in stamina but not anything else. I am hoping to see a difference when I get through the whole thing. I not sure what I am doing after I am done. I have a couple of choices. Keep up the good work everyone.

Thank you for your post. I too was ready to give up TODAY. These last 5 - 10 #'s are so hard. I upped my calories like so many have said I needed to do, to only get on the scale after a week of doing so and gained a pound. I started Feb 1st. I hope I get the results from either of your rounds. I am also doing a plank and squat challenge along with it. I did not take measurements. I guess I better do them tonight. Keep up the good work. You can really see a difference.

I agree with you. I weigh myself every morning but have noticed (for me) that when I eat more carbs the day before, my weight will go up. But after a few days it goes back to where it was.

I am 5'3, I started at 150#"s on Jan 16th. I have lost 7-8 #'s but am at a stand still. I also have my protein at 40 grams. I work out everyday, most days twice a day and maintain 1200-1400 calories. I am going to increase my protein and see if it helps. I would love to see 2/3 # a day loss. What does everyone think?

I had one April 2004 and love it too. Had 3 kids and that stretched out skin and pooch made me sick to look at it, let alone trying to feel sexy, it just didn't work. Back then I paid around $7800 but worth every penny.
