1-2 jeans sizes down - from not being able to button up 32/32 to a comfy 31/32 (same make/cut). whoooooohooooo!

I work out 6 out of 7 days a week.
Consume under 1320 cals a day but eating calls back most of the time.
Have 1 sin day each week - cals galore ...

Despite the fact that I have been having crazy chocolate cravings for the last two weeks and not holding back as much as I should have this workout is transforming my body. Feeling the muscles instead of the wobbly bits more and more actually helps agains the cravings. Lovin' it … and am so glad to be out of Level 2 … hated it ;-) but it's soooo worth it!
When I was 21 I wore 27/32 … I'm turning 31 this year - let's see if Jillian can help me fit into my precious skinny jeans again :-D

I am on the second day of level 2 and I hope I get the same results. The parts I have trouble with are the squat thrusts and the other leg exercise that is in the plank position. I start out doing a few of them than have to do the easier way. I hope also by the end of level 2 I can do them the way they are suppose to be done. Good job.

I started doing Insanity 1 1/2 months ago, then badly sprained my ankle. 30DS is a definitely a good alternative until I can do Insanity again... ankle is still acting up (although the -40 weather is not helping). Found Level 1 a little slow, but getting into a good groove with Level 2. Fitting nicely into the 15's after being a sausaged 18!
