I know it's full of fat but I swear when I eat half or a quarter of an avocado, it helps keep me from reaching for other foods, the (good) fat keeps me full for a long time. I've lost weight with avocados. You might want to try it. Otherwise, nonfat or lowfat Greek yogurt helps too.

I just started learning to how to lift within the last year, I used to only do cardio until I found a trainer that showed me a few things and then from there, some of the regulars at the gym were kind enough to help me out a bit - but definitely still new!

I usually make a green smoothie with kale, spinach, celery, Persian cucumber, zucchini and sweeten it with a banana, apple and a small lemon including the rind. It helps me eat a ton of veggies especially if I have a busy day and don't have time to cook and sit down and eat.

I'm 5'2" and the lowest I was as an adult was 108. I'm aiming for 110, even 115 I'd be happy but my main focus is building muscle and lowering body fat. :)

I really like Pro7ein cookies and cream flavor. It's low sugar and still tastes great. I usually drink it after an intense cardio session and after lifting.
