I've been on this journey for almost 4 months. I've lost an average of 8lbs per month...or about 2 pounds per week. ......31pounds lost so far!!!

I spray Butter flavored Pam on the vegetables and then steam them....you can spray ALL you want....cause NO CALORIES!!!!.... and GREAT flavor!!....Hope this helps....
