Would have loved to see the show in Birmingham. The footage on Youtube is out of this world. Too bad that there is no Bill...but I will take it.

I do love the Atkins bars. Never tried the diet.

If you are able to access a Chinese herb store in your town, ask for High Mountain Green Tea. It is NOT bitter. It is loose leaf tea. You can throw a few balls in and actually re use those leaves 3-4 times. It is amazing.

I saw Judas Priest in November. I can't wait to see Michael Schenker in Corona California later this month. Then to see him again in Toronto again in March.
